– Use of our services:
When you sign up for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. This data is used to perform the service.

– Web store software & Hosting:
Our web store has been developed with WordPress software. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is processed with this software. Hosting of this software is performed by Hosting24 with which we have a processing agreement.
– Communication:
When you send e-mail or other messages to us or we send to you, we may save those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal information that is relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. The data is stored on Angelcare365’s own secure servers and those of a third-party Office 365.
– Newsletter / Mailing lists
We send our email newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that has been automatically sent through our web store you will see the “unsubscribe” link. By using the unsubscribe link you choose not to receive a newsletter anymore.
– Choices for personal data
We offer all visitors the opportunity to view, change or delete all personal information that is currently provided to us.

Cookies
– Google Analytics:
We collect data for research in order to gain a better understanding of our customers, so that we can tailor our services accordingly. This website uses “cookies” (text files placed on your computer) to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website can be transferred to secure servers of Angelcare365 and the American company Google. We use this information to keep track of how you use the website, to prepare reports on website activity and to offer other services with regard to website activity and internet use. The processor may be required to provide access to this data on the basis of applicable laws and regulations.

Third parties
 – Payment processors:
We use the Stripe platform to handle (part of) the payments in our web store. Stripe processes your name, address and place of residence information and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Stripe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Stripe meets the most stringent safety requirements.
– Logistics:
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for the delivery. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and city details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the performance of the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also makes your data available to these parties.
– Administration:
We use the services of WooCommerce and WordPress to keep track of administration and accounting. We share your name, address and city details and details regarding your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected.

Security
