When will I receive my order ?

If the delivery address is in the Netherlands, it will be delivered within 1-3 working days. To other European countries, it will take 3-5 working days. However, we all rely on our cooperated logistics party.

Which payment methods can I pay ?

Currently you can pay with Visa, Master, iDeal, Paypal, ApplyPay, GooglePay.

Is it secure to do online payment ?

Yes. The payment system provider is well-known and trustable international company.

Can I pay Cash-On-Delievery ?

No, It is not possible. 

Can I return my order ?

If you are not satisfy with your order, you may return it within 14 days after order delivered.
